In my one-on-one sessions, available online and offline, I take a trauma-informed and personalized approach to support your journey through life's seasons. Each one-hour session blends creative expression, storytelling, and nature-based interventions to offer a meaningful, multi-sensory experience tailored to you.

In my one-on-one sessions, available online and offline, I take a trauma-informed and personalized approach to support your journey through life's seasons. Each one-hour session blends creative expression, storytelling, and nature-based interventions to offer a meaningful, multi-sensory experience tailored to you.
Rooted in arts-based psychotherapy, my practice draws from Buddhist psychology, childhood development, and multisensory learning, and often supports women, neurodivergent individuals, and those navigating anxiety, depression, or major life transitions.
Fees are ₹2,500 – ₹3,500 per session (pay what you can sliding scale).

This is a creative series of 6 classes spread over 3 weeks. Explore collage, watercolours, Zen drawings, and more—no art experience needed. You'll walk away with a handmade portfolio that reflects your inner landscape. Each session offers a steady rhythm of guided exploration and

Fees are ₹1250 per class for in-person clients (materials included); online classes are ₹1000 each.
These sessions are not open to current psychotherapy clients, and vice versa.

Gather your small group (minimum 3 people) for a 2 hour workshop at the Play Ethic Studio. Explore with paints, music, stories and the magic of playfulness. I will guide the group through easy activities that will give us opportunities to slow down and practice being present in the moment with art and craft materials.
