Since 2012, my work in education, counselling, and therapy has been guided by a deep passion for creating an integrated approach to mental health. I draw inspiration from the mind-body connection, developmental psychology, depth psychology, and the wisdom of Buddhist and Indian traditions.
Storytelling, creative expression, and nature-based practices are at the heart of what I do, allowing me to meet people where they are and honour their unique journeys in ways that feel deeply personal and meaningful. Play is something I hold close to my heart because I’ve seen it as the key to learning and growing at any stage of life. It’s more than fun—it’s transformative.
Play has the power to awaken creativity, reduce stress, and help us adapt to life’s twists and turns. It’s a way to connect more deeply with ourselves and those around us. For me, play is about finding joy, curiosity, and courage in how we grow and thrive.
If this speaks to you, I’d love to explore the possibilities of play together. Let’s connect and see where the adventure takes us!
