My work is grounded in care, consent, and collaboration. I see this work as a form of emotional cartography—gently mapping inner landscapes, noticing where you are, what you’re carrying, and what kinds of movement feel possible from here. Depending on your needs, we may work through counselling, psychotherapy, or a thoughtful mix of both.
My approach draws from Buddhist psychology, trauma-informed practice, and arts-based therapy, alongside Internal Family Systems, Non-Violent Communication, and nature-based perspectives. These frameworks offer different ways of reading the map—helping us notice patterns, relationships, and inner shifts with care rather than urgency.
I work with individuals and families navigating life transitions, emotional pain, loss, and grief, as well as those who feel curious about their inner worlds and want to understand themselves more deeply.
Sessions are 60–70 minutes and are held online or in person. Our work is anchored in a personal journal that we return to over time—through writing, drawing, and reflection—so that what emerges is not only spoken, but slowly traced and made visible.
I do not offer psychiatric diagnoses or formal assessments. The work is exploratory and relational, focused on understanding rather than labels. All sessions are held in confidence, within ethical limits.
If you’re considering this work, you don’t need to be certain or have the right words yet. A sense of curiosity, readiness, or even quiet hesitation is enough to begin a conversation.
You can start by sending me an email and/or a brief message on WhatsApp. I’ll then share a short Google Form for you to fill out. This helps me understand your context, preferences, and availability. Once the form is completed and the service agreement is signed, we’ll begin scheduling sessions over WhatsApp, guided by what you’ve shared in the form.
There’s no rush to arrive with clarity. Reaching out is simply a way of placing yourself on the map. Get in touch with me using the details on the connect tab.
